"The scones recipe has been a success. I did it with fewer dates and without stevia. My apples were really sweet the same for the carrots, so I didn’t need to add more sweet to the recipe. I decided to use fresh blueberries. The inside part was moist, I love it. And outside like crunchy, I am not sure if that was the idea, but it works perfectly for my batch. I shared the scones with friends, and they were so happy with them, in fact, they ate all of them. Funny when my friends eat them, knowing is vegan. So that is a very good signal.
